Sport at Seal has never been more accessible and children are being given opportunities to represent Seal Primary in a number of events across the Inspire Academy Movement and against schools within the Sevenoaks District.
On this page, you will find details of our latest sporting achievements, useful links and lots of pictures that highlight our love of sport at Seal.
You will also find some overviews of what the children are learning within their PE lessons each term.
Our Latest Achievements 2023-2024
Chess Tournament - 14 January 2024
Our chess club children competed in a fantastic tournament at Sevenoaks School.
Hockey Year 3 and 4 - 6 November 2023
Well Done to our fantastic year 4 pupils who played in the hockey tournament at Hollybush, they showed amazing sportsmanship, teamwork and determination. Their hard work paid off as they are now the proud owners of some very special hockey badges after winning their group! I was so proud of the way the children conducted themselves and they were such a super representation of our school.
Rugby Festival - 9 October 2023
The children attended a rugby festival at Sevenoaks Rugby Club. They did fantastically and showed great sportsmanship.
Hockey Tournament Year 5 - 2 October 2023
Some of our year 5 pupils competed in a hockey tournament at Hollybush Hockey Club. They played in several matches against a number of schools in the Sevenoaks District.
The children showed fantastic sportsmanship. They congratulated other players, were modest in victory and graceful in defeat. They also played fantastically well and made such a vast improvement from beginning to end.

Girl's Football Tournament - 27 September 2023
Well done to our fantastic Girls Football Team who played in an inter-schools' tournament at Knole Academy on Monday evening. They survived some very cold and wet matches, managing to keep their heads up and a smile on their faces! The girls showed fantastic support to one-another and were encouraging throughout- they epitomised teamwork and did Seal proud!
Netball Tournament - 25 September 2023
Our Year 5 children recently competed in the district tournament at Knole Academy. They took part in match play and learnt lots of skills and drills. They were also a fantastic representation of our school! Well Done.
Inter-Federation Events 2023-2024
We are very lucky to be part of a wonderful federation of schools. This enables us to play against a wider range of schools at a competitive level. We are currently, competing in three events but hope to include some more as the year goes on.
These are; Inter-Federation Boys Football, Inter-Federation Netball and Inter-Federation Girls Football.
