Our first Spring lambs have been born at Seal Primary!
BackA Springtime Celebration at Seal Primary!
What an incredible day to welcome our school family's newest (and most adorable) members - our first spring lambs (a boy and a girl) were born this morning!
Their proud mother and her tiny bundles of fluff are happy and healthy, and they will enjoy the Spring sunshine as soon as they are allowed out of their birthing pen. This marks the start of an exciting season for our farm. More lambs are expected over the next few days before we take a short break from lambing until early May.
The Farm team will be holding Lambing Days over the next few months. The first event will take place on the 6th April followed by 8th June. This is a fantastic opportunity to see more of our school farm and meet our animals, including our mischevious micro piglets. One of them, Mr Gippy, is being trained to become our very first therapy pig!
