Learning Experiences 2023-2024
Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes
In this experience we will be learning about the human body. We will begin by learning to name, identify and describe the functions of body parts. We will then focus on how to keep our bodies healthy through exercising. Using experts and the knowledge we have learnt, we will create an exercise video to help others to keep fit and healthy.
Joe Wicks, one of our experts:
We had to make sure that we were experts, so we persevered to make sure that we were completing our exercises accurately.
Mastermind UK
In this experience we will become experts on the United Kingdom. We will learn about th countries that make up the UK, the seas that surround the UK, the capital cities of the UK and much more. We will then participate in a Mastermind competition, where our specialist subject is the United Kingdom.
We will watch Junior Mastermind to understand what Mastermind was all about:
We played hedgehogs and dolphins to understand what an island was.
